Teamwork

Manifold possibilities are opened up for wider cooperation and joint enterprises that bring their vision of global community ever closer. CHN has always worked organically with each project chosen because of its opportunity for growth, both as individuals and as an organisation.

For each new project a team is carefully put together - sometimes several teams are operative when the work is being done in different countries. Each team is encouraged to use the individual talents of the members at the highest level and to recognise that they are creating and working with a new paradigm.

We believe that when all in the group are willing to work together for a common goal much can be achieved. The willingness to work cooperatively and to share responsibility for a project helps create a greater good for all. The Board of CHN consistently strives to empower individuals by honouring the abilities and talents of each person. This encourages the development of their individual leadership capacities and initiative.

Volunteers

Our teams consist of unpaid volunteers from all over the world, including many distant places such as Siberia and Australia. This contributes to great diversity within the working group and is made possible by the technological advances of the World Wide Web. Many people who experience our events become inspired to work with us and to support, network and tell others of our activities.

Each person who volunteers is enabled to use their abilities and given a job that honours and enhances their talents. This organic, grassroots process seems to attract those who can help precipitate growth and together take the next steps.
